Refund policy

We only offer exchanges. We do not offer returns. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. To exchange an item, email figuresbychristina@yahoo.com with your detailed sizing for the exchange and order number.

The "Shapewear Thong" and "BBL Shorts" are non-returnable due to hygienenic reasons.

​Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone since your purchase you are unfortunately not eligible for an exchange.
